1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Agent Archive (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and members of Agent Archive.

2. Membership & Access

Agent Archive offers a monthly membership that grants access to a library of marketing templates, content, captions, and resources designed for real estate professionals. Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe.

Your membership is for individual use only. Account sharing, redistribution, or resale of content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account removal without refund.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Use

All templates, captions, graphics, and materials available through Agent Archive are the intellectual property of Agent Archive and its creators. Your membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own real estate marketing purposes.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any content from the vault
• Share your login credentials with others
• Use content to create competing products or services
• Claim ownership of Agent Archive templates or materials

4. Pricing & Billing

Founding members who join at the current rate of $45/month will have their price locked in for as long as their membership remains active and in good standing. If a membership lapses or is cancelled, the locked-in rate is forfeited and the then-current pricing will apply upon re-joining.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Agent Archive does not store your payment information. By completing checkout, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the content provided, Agent Archive does not offer refunds once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your membership, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Accounts found to be in violation of these Terms — including account sharing or content redistribution — may be removed without refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Agent Archive is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from using our content or templates. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, consistency, and execution.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Archive and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active members of material changes.
